The estimated production time is at least 5-6 months and shipments are expected to start in January-February 2025. Any updates regarding production status, delays, or changes during the production period will be made on our Twitter and Instagram (@scaralumi_zine).
Once all physical pre-order items have been shipped, digital goods will be distributed to the email address provided upon ordering. It will be sent from the official ScaraLumi Zine email ([email protected]).
All of the project’s items are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, reprinted, or re-sold.

✦ Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped from Hawaii, USA.
Due to shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Central African Republic, Cuba, Gaza Strip, Laos, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Niue, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, and Yemen.
In the case that orders from these countries are placed or that we are unexpectedly unable to ship to your country once shipping begins, affected customers will be notified via email and will be eligible for a full refund.
Please note that some packages will be subject to customs fees, taxation, or VAT fees depending on your country of residence. We are not responsible for covering these fees and they must be paid by the buyer.
Once your order has been shipped, we will not be held liable for any packages that are lost or damaged during transit as that is the responsibility of the courier.
About Address and Shipping Information Changes:
Please inform us as soon as possible about updating your address and/or shipping information by sending us an email with the subject title “Address Change Request: Your Name / Order Number” and the following information:

Address and shipping information changes will be accepted until the shipping period begins.
✦ Refunds and Exchange Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable.
However, under specific circumstances where orders are not delivered or damaged due to our negligence, refunds or exchanges may be considered. Such instances include damaged items due to faulty packaging by the mod team, missing items, or incorrect shipping labels (the shipping information does not match the one provided).
This does not include circumstances where the address submitted in the order is incorrect or was failed to be updated by the buyer, the package is damaged due to the courier’s negligence, orders are mishandled by the coordinators of group orders, or orders are unclaimed and returned due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, or VAT fees.
Unclaimed orders that have been returned to us may be reshipped, however, the buyer must repay for shipping and any additional fees. If the package is returned a second time, we will not attempt to reship it again.

We will handle each request on a case-by-case basis. The moderator team will do our best to address your concerns, however, we maintain the right to deny your request.
✦ Cancellations Policy
You may receive a full refund (excluding service fees from payment services such as Paypal or Stripe) for cancellations made during the pre-order period. Once pre-orders conclude on September 3rd, 2024, we will no longer accept any cancellation requests.
